Dr. Wallace Alcorn is a Bible expositor focusing on a theology of the Christian experience.
He claims not to be retired but merely. "under-employed," although admitting to being retired from institution employment and the army. His principal professional involvements have been as a pastor, college and seminary professor, army chaplain, and writer.
He and his nurse wife, Ann, of sixty-three years live in Windsor Park in Carol Stream, Illinois (a Chicago suburb) adjacent to and oriented on Wheaton and Wheaton College. They are parents of three adult children (public high school teacher/coach, university musicologist, district judge) and grandparents.
